Welcome to [Your Business Name]. By using our on-demand Pinterest design services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use our services.

Services

We offer two plans:

• • Unlimited Pin Design: For $250, we design Pinterest pins based on your requests and deliver them for you to post on your Pinterest page.
  • Unlimited Pin Design + Posting: For $500, we design and post Pinterest pins on your behalf.

Service Requests and Delivery

• • Daily Requests: You may submit as many design requests as you wish, and we will deliver them one by one.
  • Design Recommendations: We recommend creating 3-10 Pin graphics per blog post and posting them over several days. We suggest creating at least 2-3 new Pin graphics daily.

Free Trial

We offer a 2-day free trial that includes the creation of 1-4 pin graphics per day. After the trial, you may choose to either upgrade to a paid plan or discontinue our services.

Account Creation

If you do not have a Pinterest account, you can create one yourself. Alternatively, we can create a well-optimized Pinterest business account for an additional $50.

Payment

• • Payment Process: We use a secure payment process through WISE.com. Invoices are sent on the 28th day of each billing cycle, with payment due before the next cycle.
  • No Subscription: Our services operate on a pay-as-you-go basis without storing credit card details.

Design Requests

• • Trello Board: Upon signup, we provide a Trello board for managing and monitoring your design requests. If you prefer, you can also request designs via WhatsApp, Email, Google Drive, etc.

  • Design Tool: All designs are created using Canva.

Pausing Your Plan

You may pause your plan if you have at least 5 unused days. A formal request is required to pause the service.

Termination

You may cancel your plan at any time. We do not offer refunds for unused days.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms & Conditions is limited to the amount paid for the services in the month before the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on our website, and you are encouraged to review them periodically.
